What you'll do

• Oversee nursing operations, staffing, resources, and clinical practices
• supervise the Nursing Coordinator and nursing staff
• maintain medical facility readiness, supplies, and protocols
• recruit, screen, and train volunteer and seasonal nurses
• medically screen campers
• coordinate care adaptations and family communication
• lead in-camp nursing operations
• coordinate emergency medical response
• teach medical and non-medical staff and volunteers.
