What you'll do

• Manage an assigned caseload and provide legal strategy through discovery
• evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value
• guide Foundation team members on strategy and evidence
• review policies, coverage issues, UM/UIM claims, and liens
• monitor medical treatment
• communicate with clients requesting attorney contact within 24 hours
• pursue early settlement opportunities and participate in negotiations as appropriate
• recommend litigation timing
• monitor legal deadlines and direct corrective action on case deficiencies.
