What you'll do

• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate 15 or more employees
• set procedures, schedules, priorities, and instructions
• review work orders, service reports, time sheets, and material requests
• inspect work for quality, compliance, and safety
• conduct quality reviews and safety meetings
• oversee parts and inventory ordering, vendor invoices, warranty tracking, and compliant purchasing
• assess work for in-house or third-party repair
• support staffing and employee matters.
