  • collaborate on training programs and strategies
  • redirect and assist with daily tasks

  • support daily and safety routines, self-advocacy, and positive reinforcement
  • work with psychology and care teams on individualized programs
  • communicate with psychiatry and memory care teams
  • attend appointments and meetings as scheduled
  • advocate for the individual
  • attend in-service training.
