What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene needs
• provide companionship and support for a client with early-stage dementia
• accompany the client to physical therapy, senior centers, community events, recreational activities, errands, and appropriate outings
• encourage social and physical engagement and an active routine
• support safety and comfort
• provide reminders and guidance
• communicate with family and care coordinators
• monitor and report changes in behavior, mood, or mobility.
