What you'll do

• Complete resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs
• maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues
• complete apartment make-readies, repairs, and final checks
• provide emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule
• follow industry safety procedures
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances.
