What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• perform nursing procedures including wound care, catheter insertion, and vital-sign monitoring
• develop and implement individualized care plans
• document patient progress and changes
• educate patients and families
• assist with mobility and daily living as needed
• coordinate with LPNs, physicians, and other professionals
• respond to patient needs
• and follow infection-control and safety procedures.
