Outreach Sales Specialist

The Outreach Sales Specialist role is onsite in South Plainfield, NJ, with compensation of $70,000–$75,000 per year. The position covers Hudson County and supports Lutheran Senior LIFE’s Jersey City program. The role reports to the Director of Enrollment. The specialist conducts sales activities from lead generation through close to help achieve membership and census goals. Outreach and relationship-building support enrollment in a program serving older adults, while coordination and communication help prospective participants move through the enrollment process.

• Participate in sales activities within assigned territories from lead generation through close
