What you'll do

• Serve as lead counsel on trials, arbitrations, and mediations in state and federal courts
• develop litigation strategy
• conduct depositions and argue motions
• prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial
• draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial documents
• analyze case facts, legal issues, and exposure
• communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• independently manage litigation files.
