• Supervise and develop service department staff

• resolve customer issues
• analyze market demand
• maintain dealer standards for vehicles, facilities, tools, and training
• evaluate and recondition trade-in equipment
• ensure warranty claims and manufacturer campaigns are handled according to policy
• maintain service tools and vehicles and oversee safe, compliant operations
• inspect completed repairs as appropriate.
