• Design HYROX-specific training blocks covering compromised running, station efficiency, transitions, and race pacing
• coach individuals and small groups through race events
• prepare athletes for Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay divisions
• develop technique, work capacity, and pacing under fatigue
• foster a training community.
