What you'll do

• Prepare food to quality standards
• report emergencies, accidents, injuries, and safety hazards
• report policy or procedure deviations
• learn hotel grounds and services to assist guests
• provide timely service
• monitor kitchen and equipment maintenance and sanitation
• use varied cooking methods
• prepare and present food according to recipes
• use supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
• maintain a positive attitude with visitors and staff.
