What you'll do

• Supervise truck loading and line selection to ensure quality loads
• help ensure loads are secure and sealed
• train new employees on procedures
• oversee shift setup and cleanup
• assist with pallet loading
• operate a forklift
• cross-train in other areas
• minimize mispicks, overages, and shortages
• oversee recording of broken product
• monitor conveyor productivity
• coordinate manpower with management and coworkers
• participate in monthly inventory when needed
• enforce safety rules
• open and close the facility.

Why this role
