What you'll do

• Process requests for information and submittals
• coordinate site visits and walkthroughs
• participate in weekly progress meetings and variance reporting
• coordinate inspections and progress walks with internal departments
• process change orders and obtain contractor pricing
• liaise with the DFW estimator for approval
• track materials and approvals in project budgets
• visit construction projects across the campus to monitor progress
• verify QA and QC requests and submit them for approval.
