What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls through the main switchboard
• route routine and emergency calls or pages
• implement emergency codes according to hospital policy
• operate TDD, language line, and alpha paging systems
• complete paperwork for the in-house census
• greet and direct patients, visitors, and physicians.
