The Site Director plans and implements activities and daily lesson plans, supervises staff, and maintains a safe, standards-compliant school-age program. The role supports children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth while building working relationships with families, school staff, and YMCA colleagues.

What you'll do

• Oversee a before- and after-school site serving an average of 20–99 students
• implement curriculum and daily activities
• maintain lesson plans, calendars, rosters, and licensing files
• supervise, schedule, train, and support staff
• lead and engage children
• communicate with families and school staff
• maintain program space and supplies
• support seasonal camp sites, special events, and YMCA volunteer programs. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with evenings and some weekend work
• the role may require mobility across the system for fill-in coverage.
