What you'll do

• Assist with final product approval and customer-specification compliance
• assess process quality parameters and quality systems
• analyze data and identify trends
• support troubleshooting and corrective action
• develop and maintain food safety training materials
• assist with Food Safety Month activities
• update supplier and food safety documentation in TraceGains
• support nonconformance tracking
• maintain LIMS records
• assist with process improvement and food safety and quality procedures.
