The role supports safe, person-centered care through care-plan and regulatory oversight, incident follow-up, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Assume accountability for resident care on the assigned unit
• coordinate care to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning
• ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up
• participate in facility committees and programs
• assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures
• guide and support nursing staff
• monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
