What you'll do

• Consult with customers about payment status and resolve overdue payments
• monitor accounts and identify payment trends
• track payments on client invoices
• reconcile receipts to open invoices
• advise clients on debt repayment actions
• record client financial status and collection efforts
• obtain cleared checks, invoices, and supporting documents
• identify potential fraud-related payment delays
• contact bond companies about claims and write letters for delinquent accounts
• provide client support and administrative assistance
• communicate daily operational activity to the team.
