What you'll do
- Assess, analyze, and diagnose client needs
- provide intervention and referrals
- develop therapeutic relationships and individualized treatment plans
- maintain written records and electronic health records
- orient clients to unit rules, rights, and grievance procedures
- observe behavior and report potential medical or psychiatric emergencies
- respond to crises and behavioral problems
- provide Rule 25/Comprehensive Assessments
- attend staff meetings, training, and emergency procedure reviews.
