Guest Services Supervisor

Job overview

The Guest Services Supervisor role is onsite in Frisco, TX, with compensation of $24 per hour. The position supports Suntex Marina’s Front Office/Store and front-line marina operations, including the fuel dock, pump out, and arriving and departing boats. The supervisor helps direct and train the guest services team, promote sales and rentals, manage cash and inventory, and maintain customer service standards. What you'll do

• Assist with directing guest services operations under the General Manager or Guest Services Manager
• facilitate team training on sales, rentals, and customer service expectations
• ensure marina customers are satisfied
• ensure rental fleet and water sports equipment are clean and in working order.
