What you'll do

• oversee precision repair, restoration, reverse engineering, and custom fabrication
• coordinate with stakeholders on planning, budgets, and delivery timelines
• manage schedules, milestones, productivity, and quality
• oversee equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration
• monitor labor, materials, and budget performance
• and perform supervisory duties including hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
