What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close
• ensure accurate U.S. GAAP reporting
• strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
• partner with executives on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• collaborate with operations and supply chain
• lead audits and liaise with external auditors
• drive ERP, reporting, and automation improvements
• support treasury, tax, and regulatory reporting
• develop and lead the accounting team.
