What you'll do

• Conduct quarterly Quality, Service, and Cleanliness audits
• monitor sales and operational metrics for 10–15 franchise locations
• analyze POS sales and sales mix
• advise on menu and local promotions
• support new product adoption and new store openings, including setup and staff training
• resolve store-level issues
• coordinate with corporate departments
• support receivables follow-up.
