What you'll do

• Process personnel security, suitability, and credentialing actions using NP2 Portal components, NBIS, and relevant databases
• initiate and review eApp background investigation submissions
• assist applicants with corrections and submissions
• track documents and maintain database records
• liaise with agencies and external offices
• safeguard PII
• respond to customer inquiries and provide workload updates.
