The Cook role is onsite in Gilman, IL, with a full-time schedule Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Friday–Saturday, 5:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Collaborate on meal plans
• accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences
• oversee meal preparation and portioning
• supervise and guide kitchen staff as needed
• maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food storage
• follow sanitation requirements
• coordinate meal schedules and dietary concerns with staff and healthcare professionals
• monitor food quality.
