- The PCP independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Education
- MD or DO
- Experience
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required. Board eligibility required.
