What you'll do

• Inspect dishes for quality and presentation
• verify orders are complete and correctly garnished
• coordinate timing with the kitchen
• ensure hot and cold dishes are served appropriately
• cross-check tickets and communicate special requests or dietary modifications
• verify dishes go to the correct table
• maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked
• assist with restaurant cleanliness.
