What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, staff, and catered events
• follow food handling, HACCP, and sanitation procedures
• keep work areas and equipment clean
• label, date, and rotate stored products
• assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving
• direct utility staff
• report safety issues and equipment malfunctions
• interact professionally with residents, coworkers, and supervisors.
