What you'll do

• Ensure work and cleaning schedules are followed
• report accidents and incidents
• coordinate housekeeping services with nursing during routine cleaning in resident areas
• clean and sanitize fixtures and floors
• dispose of waste properly
• protect resident health information
• follow safety precautions and proper chemical-mixing techniques
• use appropriate protective equipment when handling infectious materials, hazardous waste, or chemicals.
