What you'll do

• Obtain supporting documentation, insurance prior authorizations, and physician orders
• verify insurance benefits and complete data entry
• maintain patient status information and the physician-order database
• collaborate with clinics and staff to gather information
• comply with HIPAA and company requirements for electronic medical record access. On-call rotation may be required based on business need.
