CCAR Finance Project Manager

The CCAR Finance Project Manager is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the bank's stress testing platform. This role exists to lead the end-to-end delivery of the bank's finance stress testing platform, including model execution and regulatory reporting. It contributes to the organization by coordinating across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end CCAR Finance program.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams including Finance MEP and FR Y-14 reporting.
• Define program roadmap and delivery plans.
• Coordinate across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of the Finance Model Execution Platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of the CCAR aggregation framework.
• Manage implementation of regulatory reporting processes.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

10+ years of experience in finance technology, regulatory reporting, or stress testing programs
