The Head Golf Coach role is campus-based and onsite in Butte, MT. Compensation is not specified. Montana Tech Athletics is seeking a coach to lead its men’s and women’s golf programs and support student-athletes competing in the Frontier Conference and NAIA. The coach plans and conducts practices, teaches golf skills and strategy, coaches competitions, recruits prospective student-athletes, and fosters a positive team culture. The Athletic Department supports many administrative and operational functions so the coach can focus primarily on coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, and competitive success.

What you'll do

• Lead Montana Tech’s men’s and women’s golf programs
• plan and conduct practices
• provide individual and team instruction
• coach during competition
• evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes
• mentor and develop student-athletes
• foster a positive, accountable, and competitive team culture
• support academic success, personal development, sportsmanship, and well-being
• comply with Montana Tech, Frontier Conference, and NAIA rules and policies
• travel and work evenings and weekends as required.
