What you'll do

• Support day-to-day operations in a high-volume retail environment
• train and develop Sales Associates
• improve processes
• track, restock, and organize inventory
• handle returns, damages, and customer service issues
• maintain product displays
• assist customers with clothing selection
• process transactions and end-of-day settlements
• and communicate customer feedback. The role requires availability five days and 40 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
