Security Manager — Multi-Site Operations

The role supports security operations across Gifthealth’s facilities and works with company leadership and operational partners. The manager leads the security team and maintains programs, staffing, training, technology, and procedures aligned with operational needs and regulatory obligations. Through assessments, incident oversight, vendor and technology management, and reporting, the role supports consistent security practices across sites.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop Security Supervisors and Officers, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and discipline
• design and improve security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
• conduct site assessments and audits and drive corrective actions
• oversee significant incident response and review incident reports
• manage security vendors and service expectations
• oversee access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management systems
• manage the security budget and report costs
• coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, regulators, and building management
• partner with HR, Legal, Operations, and Facilities
• report security metrics to senior leadership
• ensure compliance with licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and company policies.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of security operations, law enforcement, or related experience, including two years managing a security team. Regular travel between sites is required; availability outside standard business hours may be needed for significant incidents, emergencies, or staffing needs. CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days.
