Behavior Support Assistant

Job overview

The Behavior Support Assistant role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with pay of $18–$25 per hour and up to 25% travel. Above and Beyond Therapy provides services to children and families affected by autism. The assistant delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home or clinic settings, following individualized plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Data collection, session notes, and collaboration support children’s skill development and treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• collect data and submit session notes
• collaborate with peers and supervisors
• participate in staff meetings and training
• travel between locations as needed.
