What you'll do
- Operate programmed CNC lathes
- interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, drawings, specifications, machining parameters, and GD&T
- change inserts and offsets
- measure first-run and sample parts
- monitor machining operations, troubleshoot issues, adjust controls, and replace worn tools
- follow quality and safety procedures
- perform preventive maintenance and request repairs
- document production and quality logs in the B&B ERP system
- communicate shift handoffs.
