The role contributes through platform oversight, architecture and modernization guidance, integration and performance troubleshooting, and coordination with analysts and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Lead Edifecs platform support
• provide technical oversight and guide staffing and roadmap execution
• configure and maintain Edifecs modules
• guide EDI analysts on processing rules, routing, and batch workflows
• troubleshoot mapping, validation, functional, and performance issues
• support releases, patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes
• collaborate with product, architecture, vendor, DevSecOps, cloud, and business teams.
