What you'll do

• Deliver small-group training sessions
• modify movements for varying ability levels
• maintain consistent coaching cues and follow programming standards
• build member relationships and conduct assigned check-ins
• support studio events and community programs
• communicate with members and visitors
• represent the studio at community and wellness events
• maintain a clean, safe training space and prepare equipment for sessions.
