Associate Veterinarian, Banning Veterinary Hospital

The Associate Veterinarian role is onsite in Banning, CA. The pay range is $170,000–$200,000 per year. Banning Veterinary Hospital provides care for small animals and occasional large animals, with a collaborative medical team and national support from PetVet Care Centers. The veterinarian provides compassionate, high-quality care through examinations, medical work-ups, diagnostics, surgery, prescribing, and client education. The role also contributes to hospital protocols, case rounds, teamwork, and coordination with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

What you'll do

• Conduct patient examinations and medical work-ups
• communicate with and educate clients
• perform diagnostic procedures and surgery
• maintain medical records
• prescribe medications and follow controlled-substance protocols
• support teamwork and staff efficiency
• work with the Hospital Manager on priorities
• monitor hospital cases and protocols.
