What you'll do

• Read scopes and prepare estimates from information gathered by onsite technicians
• document property losses with jobsite photos and upload them to the operating system
• write mitigation, contents, and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software
• record job communications and drying information in software
• determine labor and equipment costs
• communicate with insurance companies and adjusters
• manage estimate documents and assess project risks
• review estimates with the construction project team and revise estimates as needed.
