What you'll do

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognize and respond to subtle changes in patient condition, administer complex medications and treatments, operate and manage advanced life support equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, document assessments and interventions, provide patient and family education, communicate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain proficiency in critical care procedures, adhere to infection control protocols, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
