What you'll do

• Identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts
• conduct outbound prospecting through calls, jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and trade events
• manage a qualified CRM pipeline
• develop regional growth strategies
• introduce additional safety solutions to existing customers
• negotiate and present fall protection solutions
• coordinate sales handoffs and submit deal documentation to Accounting.
