The Charge Nurse — Night Shift, Every Weekend role is an onsite, part-time position in Belmont, NC, paying $27–$35 per hour. The charge nurse implements each Sister’s care plan, provides clinical care, and supervises caregivers on duty. The role supports wellness, comfort, and dignity through medication administration, monitoring, daily living assistance, care coordination, documentation, and staff guidance.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered care
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and condition changes
• supervise, delegate, and educate CNAs, NAs, and HHAs
• assist with daily living activities
• follow safety, infection-control, and end-of-life care practices
• coordinate and accompany residents to appointments and therapies
• maintain documentation and communicate with the Clinical Manager
• participate in orientation and continuing education
• support activities and enrichment programming.
