Account Manager — Landscape Management

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients

• respond to client concerns within 24 hours and emergencies within 2 hours, including occasional after-hours and weekend communication
• coordinate with field crews, irrigation technicians, and internal teams
• prioritize irrigation repairs
• prepare proposals
• maintain approvals, work orders, and photo documentation
• support client onboarding and field training.
