Finance Operations Manager

The Finance Operations Manager role is full-time; the work location is to be confirmed by StriveWell, and limited travel may be required. Compensation is $70,000–$74,000 per year. The role supports StriveWell and its health and wellness brands, including SWTHZ and STRONG Pilates. The manager oversees day-to-day financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and financial visibility across a growing multi-location portfolio. The role equips leadership with timely, actionable information and strengthens budgeting, cash management, reporting, and financial processes in support of operational and growth decisions.

What you'll do

• Manage monthly financial reporting and P&L reporting
• prepare budget-to-actual analysis
• monitor financial KPIs
• manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash forecasts
• oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows
• coordinate monthly close with external accounting partners
• maintain financial systems and records
• build dashboards and models
• support expansion, investment, and strategic transaction analysis
• improve financial processes and controls.
