What you'll do

• Perform facility, building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot fixtures and replace HVAC filters
• inspect and service equipment
• maintain repair records and parts inventory
• perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
• operate welding, cutting, and machine tools as needed
• respond to alarm calls during and after regular business hours.
