What you'll do

• Prepare information for patient visits
• greet and room patients and complete intake interviews
• convey intake information to providers
• accompany providers during exams and transcribe information into charts
• assist with patient education and procedure instructions
• return patient calls
• document interactions in the electronic medical record
• assist with patient transfers
• provide after-care instructions and follow-up scheduling.
