What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily concrete field operations
• lead foremen, crews, subcontractors, and field activities
• coordinate pours, forming, reinforcing, and excavation
• review plans and schedules
• monitor labor productivity, job costs, and schedules
• coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and deliveries
• enforce safety policies
• address field issues with Project Managers
• maintain reports and project documentation.
