What you'll do

• Assess and manage medications for cardiology patients
• document recommendations, plans, interventions, and medication reconciliation
• review drug regimens for indication, dosing, allergies, interactions, laboratory monitoring, duplication, and documentation
• manage anticoagulation under established protocols
• recommend and monitor cardiovascular medication dosing
• provide medication therapy management and patient counseling
• monitor drug utilization and potential adverse effects
• educate BAMC staff and beneficiaries as requested.
